Are there any upfront costs to the venue?

No, there are no upfront costs involved. Our teams handle everything, from the site survey to the installation and training.

What if we don’t allow vaping inside?

Vaping inside is at the venue’s discretion, the law allows this practice, many of the Vape Apes venues allow vaping indoors the machines are used in both scenarios.

How do I control underage purchases?

If you sell a vape, to a person under the minimum legal age which is currently 18, you may commit an offence under the relevant law. You must prove that you took all reasonable precautions and exercised all due diligence to avoid committing that offence.  

You are responsible for making sure that you or your staff do not sell a vape from our machines to someone under the age of 18.  You can do this by making sure that you set up effective systems within your business. Such as Challenge 25.

What if the machine stops working or gets damaged?

We have engineers who can attend your venues and get your machine back up and running for you! The Vape Apes team can login remotely to identify issues, ensuring a quick and efficient repair. If we are not able to repair, we will arrange for a replacement machine.

Is it legal?

Yes. Our machines can be installed in various locations, including nightclubs, pubs, last night bars, and other venues.

How does the machine get more stock?

Our backend system will track and monitor your sales so can identify stock levels! We courier new stock on next day deliver which you just need to pop in ready to make more sales and commission!

Can I brand my machine?

Absolutely, we will have a dedicated digital screen to brand how you wish, and we can work with you to add additional marketing opportunities to your unit.

How will I know what I sell?

You will receive a monthly report of your sales followed by a quarterly report and payment of your commission. However, your dedicated account manager will be able to send you updates should you need any further information.

How much can I make?

Our best performing venues are earning £2,500 a quarter.
